Your ASU representatives have been continuing to meet with LCC management regarding the consolidation of your new Agreement.

After numerous meetings and 2 formal notifications that ASU are not happy with the process LCC are undertaking, due to their lack of transparency, your ASU representatives have had a significant win for members.

Consolidation of the two documents should not change conditions and entitlements. Changes need to be transparent and be tabled as management claims yet LCC management had been refusing to do so.

In some cases, the ASU identified clauses that had changes so significant members would have been disadvantaged.

LCC have now finally agreed to undertake a transparent process and will table a full list of their claims so that these can be considered by members.

Disappointingly ASU are the only representatives at the table that have raised concerns with the process, further frustrating the process.

This just reaffirms that ASU are the only experienced team to represent members best interests.

Given the process that LCC has been undertaking it is vital that everyone is a member of their Union, ASU. It is not too late to stand with your ASU colleagues and fight back. This is your agreement that will set your wages and conditions into the future, ensure your voice is heard!

Member meetings will be held in the coming weeks.

Your representatives at the bargaining table are:
Linda Davies | Ian Ricketts | Cindy O’Connor and Joanne McEvoy (ASU Organisers)
