The EBA vote has concluded, and the Enterprise Agreement was successfully voted up. 74% of staff returned a vote and of those, 83% voted in support of the agreement.
Well done to all the members who participated in this overwhelming vote.
Council and the ASU will now need to submit the relevant paperwork to the Fair Work Commission. The Commission will check the document to ensure it meets all the minimum requirements. If approved the agreement will come into operation 7 days post this date.
We will keep you posted as things progress.
