You are invited to join your ASU Organisers for an Enterprise Bargaining Update.
As members would be aware, negotiations for a new Enterprise Agreement are about to commence. A log of claims has been developed specifically for aged care members and we need to hear from you on whether there are any claims to add and ensure your voices are heard.
There will also be an opportunity to discuss the recent federal government announcements around the 15% wage increase and the delay to the Support at Home reforms.
We also welcome members to ask any questions you may have regarding your employment.
There’s never been a better time to enhance your working lives and improve your conditions, however active participation in the process is crucial for achieving these wins.
This meeting has been approved in paid time so please make the effort to register and come along. To ensure you are paid for your attendance reach out to your rostering officer and they will roster you for the meeting and move any shifts you had booked in.
