The ASU has been notified of an organisational restructure impacting the Parks and Open Spaces Department.
The Enterprise Agreement sets out a process that needs to be followed for when Council plans to implement change. A change impact statement has been provided to the ASU which outlines and explains the change, what impacts it will have on staff and calling on feedback from the workgroup.
As a part of this if you have the right to union representation to assist navigate the change and consult with management.
