The Fair Work Commission has now approved your new enterprise agreement, which includes the wage offer negotiated by ASU on behalf of members:
Year 1 – 5.5% or $75.00 per week (whichever greater)
Year 2 – 4% or $60pw (whichever greater)
Year 3 – 4% or $60pw (whichever greater)
Other great improvements included: access to pro rata long service leave after 7 years and the removal of junior wage rates, meaning employees under 21 will now receive the adult wage.

These meetings will also be a good time to discuss electing some more ASU workplace Delegates.
