BETTER PAY AND CONDITIONS FOR LOWER MURRAY WATER WORKERS
Enterprise bargaining has been ongoing for some time now.
Our claims are designed to protect the things in life that matter – our jobs, income, families, community and health, safety and wellbeing.
Our claims include:
- Improved Parental Leave entitlements
- Protecting workers from hazardous smoke, poor air quality & excessive heat.
- Paid leave for members who can’t work or need to go home because of a natural disaster
- Paid leave for workers who can’t work for any reason because of COVID.
We have now reached the point of bargaining where LMW has put their final position on the table. As ASU members we need to hear from you on whether to accept their position, including matters relating to wage and allowance increases.
