As you know, Hydro Tasmania is currently undertaking a review of the operating model. The preliminary review has identified a number of proposed changes to the current operating model which includes changes to some existing roles.
The ASU has been made aware that yesterday employees who may be effected by this were informed of the proposed impact to their roles at Hydro Tasmania.
These impacts include redundancies, reclassification or other changes to roles.
Under the Hydro Tasmania Enterprise Agreement 2017-2020, Hydro has an obligation to follow the correct Consultation process which the ASU intends to keep them accountable to.
