Do you work in homelessness, housing or a connected role?
A lot is happening in housing and homelessness right now, in addition to the impacts of the pandemic. Join other ASU members working in specialist homelessness, housing and related roles for an online meeting:
DATE: Wednesday 19 August

Homelessness Week 2020 just passed by, Everybody’s Home is progressing as a national campaign and the Inquiry into homelessness in Victoria continues. Recent State Government announcements have also seen additional funds being allocated to address various needs arising as a result of the pandemic.
Lots happening, means lots for us to talk about. Amongst all this the ASU wants to make sure that worker’s issues are in the picture, it all starts with members getting together.
This members’ meeting is for any community sector worker in homelessness, housing or a connected role.
We’ve sent the invite out broadly this time as many members have expressed an interest in being involved in a group focussing on housing and homelessness issues. If you’d like to be added to an invite list for future meetings, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Watch out for other invites to get involved in the fight to Save Equal Pay, COVID briefings and other community sector issues.
