ASU is meeting with management on Thursday. The purpose of the meeting is to consult on the issues that matter to members.
We established standing agenda items. We have the right to raise new issues. If you want us to speak up on an issue then let your delegates know before Thursday.
The issues we talk about include:
- CSO & Library restructure
- Gender Equality
- The right to convert from casual to ongoing (either full or part time)
- Returning to work as lockdown eases
- Working from home.
If an issue is both part of the Enterprise Agreement & a safety matter we will start the conversation at SCC and refer what we can’t resolve to the safety committee.
