The ASU has advised Hobsons Bay Council CEO Aaron van Egmond that our members will walk off the job for the second time as part of trying to resolve the current industrial dispute.

Fed up with the ongoing disrespect and lack of leadership coming from Mr Van Egmond and his offsider Andrew McLeod, who won’t respond to a letter much less attend a meeting, ASU members have been left with no choice but to take their concerns to the streets and let the community know directly about what’s happening behind the scenes at their Council.

DATE: Tuesday 10 March
TIME: 8:30am – 12:30pm
LOCATION: Logan Reserve, Altona

All ASU members need to attend to show Council management the impact of their actions (or lack of)!

If you are not an ASU member and would like to attend, join online today!

You do NOT need to advise your employer that you will be stopping work, and they are NOT permitted to ask you directly whether you will be stopping work.

If you are being hassled or pestered about anything to do with taking this (or any) industrial action, contact the ASU immediately!

If you have any questions or comments contact your local ASU Delegate or
ASU Organiser Luke Cherry | 0417 472 497 |
