Every worker has a right to go to work each day free from a range of workplace issues, but in Local Government too many workers experience bullying, harassment, discrimination and poor workplace culture and the long-term harm they cause.

These problems aren’t a problem at just one or two councils. This year the ASU’s Tasmanian organisers have supported union members experiencing bullying at small councils and at some of the largest councils in the state.

You can help us stamp out bullying
So we can get real evidence about the extent of the issues across the sector, we are doing a survey.

And each local government worker who completes the survey has a chance to win a $100.00 Woolworths gift card.
