The ASU will be running a number of workplace meetings across Grampians Community Health as a follow up to meetings held on March 21. The focus of these meetings will be;

  • Opportunity to meet with one of the Organisers that is responsible for Social and Community Services across the Grampians region
  • Opportunity to meet with Delegate Veronica Pascall,  who has been instrumental in facilitating this round of meetings
  • The importance and benefits of being Unionised
  • To collate and document issues that have been impacting on the morale of members and the overall workplace culture at GCH.
  • To also identify possible strategies and solutions to best address these issues
  • To nominate a process and timeline to meet with Management to advance these important industrial matters.
  • Update on the Change the rules Campaign
  • To acknowledge the growth in Delegates (Welcome Susan Power) and Membership
