We’ve seen Alderman/Councillors receive a 2.4% pay rise in recent weeks, yet we have not received a response to ASU members reasonable claims for salary and conditions.

It is time for Glenorchy City Council to come good.

VOTE YES FOR THE PROTECTED ACTION BALLOT (PAB)
ASU members should now have received a ballot from the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) to reserve their right to take industrial action if required as a last resort. By voting “yes” in a Protected Action Ballot, you are not committing to taking industrial action. Rather, you are agreeing that employees should have the right to do so.
YOU MUST RETURN YOUR VOTE BY MAIL. THERE ARE SIGNIFICANT DELAYS IN POSTAGE TO THE AEC. DON’T HESITATE, DO IT TODAY!
Haven’t received a ballot? Call the AEC urgently on 03 92857171.
