The ASU has received a change impact statement regarding proposed changes to the customer service area. A copy of the impact statement can be found here.
The ASU sought feedback from our members and we want to thank those that participated in the feedback provided.
There were a number of questions coming out of the information provided as such we sent a letter to Council with these included. A copy of the letter can be found here.
Council has acknowledged our letter and indicated that they will shortly respond. Once the ASU has received this we will reach back out to our members.
