Your Enterprise Agreement (EA) expires on 30 June 2021. At our initial bargaining meetings, Council has flagged their preferred position of a rollover for one year and has circulated information about their financial position.

We are seeking member feedback regarding whether you would accept that offer, have any questions or other priorities for us to put to Council. We meet with Council again on Wednesday 12 May.

Rollover and extend the term of the current EA by a further 12 months, there would be no consolidation of the current agreement of Part A and B.

  • no changes to your conditions in the current agreement, only required legislative changes would be made.
  • pay offer of 1.5% commencing from the first pay period on or after 1 July 2021. There would be no minimum dollar value.
