Public Sector Authorities across the State are due to submit their Gender Equality data to the Gender Equality Commissioner this week.
Several ASU delegates have reported on their engagement with this process and reviewing their employer’s audit data against gender equality indicators.
Some employers have already developed draft Gender Equality Action Plans and are consulting with employers and their union representatives. These plans are due to be submitted to The GE Commission on the 31 March 2022. The time to make an impact starts now
