BE HEARD! MENTAL HEALTH WORKER SURVEY CLOSING SOON & UPCOMING MEETING

As you well know, Victoria’s mental health workforce is undergoing a huge change due to the NDIS roll out. Your union is surveying the workforce for important information about the impact of the transition on you and your workmates. Have your experiences heard!

I WANT TO BE HEARD

We know that the mental health sector has not recognised the skills and experience its workers hold. This survey is capturing important information about the skills and experience you bring to your work. We want to have information to support claims for better paid, high quality jobs in community mental health.

I DO VALUABLE WORK!

Many of you will be building a picture of the issues with the NDIS and mental health. There are significant implications for NDIS mental health workers and for people with mental health support needs. We want to hear your views on the NDIS.

I WANT TO SPEAK UP ABOUT THE NDIS

We also have a mental health worker network up and running. It’s a collaborative space to plan for re-building our sector together. The next meeting is booked in! Details are as follows:

Tuesday 16 October
