The ASU Branch has heard today from members at YSAS concerned about a recent email from Danielle Leigh regarding changes to the way that Flexi-Time works. The main change appears to be a direction that Flexi-Time cannot be accrued and taken in the same pay period.
We have reached out to YSAS to get an understanding of how they came to this position, and to highlight that we do not agree that the Enterprise Agreement allows them to make this change. We are hopeful that a suitable resolution can be reached that works for all parties.
