After many months of protracted bargaining, FRV Management has put an offer on the table and provided a detailed response to the ASU claims.
The offer includes 2% payrises per year, in line with Government Wages Policy, as well as annual transition payments to all staff of $2080 on commencement, $2121.60 in November 2022, and $2164.03 in November 2023.
They have agreed to some of our claims, including significant improvements to conditions, but not others.
