The Essential Not Expendable campaign was launched by ASU Community Sector members a couple of weeks ago.

At that meeting, members decided to hold regular members meetings so that members can contribute to the direction of the campaign and receive briefings on recent developments.

All Victorian ASU community sector members are welcome to attend.

The Essential Not Expendable campaign is aimed at achieving the following outcomes;

ASU members in the sector are calling on the Andrews state government to work with the ASU to implement the following reforms;

  1. Secure Employment
  2. Workplace Fairness
  3. Longer Funding Terms
  4. Sector Sustainability and Reform
