As you are aware, you as ASU members and staff of EGSC have spoken and voted no to the offer Council presented.

Now is your chance to have a say in what the big issues are for you with this agreement.

Your ASU representatives have compiled a list of some of the big-ticket items we think you feel strongly about, however, we need your input!

These are the main points we want EGSC to reconsider if members agree:

  • Reinstate the original claim around mental health as it was written.
  • Increase the pay rise to 2% or $25 as per our counterclaim.
  • Reword maternity leave entitlements to include super on all paid leave.
  • Super paid on work cover.
  • CEO and CMT to take same pay increase as the rest of staff.

You as employees and ASU members have spoken and sent management a message, they are currently assessing their options and will come back to us with a response next week.
