What Happens next?

On your behalf, ASU representatives have been busily negotiating with management around the claims that you told us mattered most to you.

  • A working mental health clause.
  • Super paid on all periods of parental leave.
  • Increase the pay offer.
  • Super paid on work cover.
  • Reintroduction of reward and recognition.

EGSC has agreed to include some of the proposed wording around mental health, reword the clause around the payment of super on parental leave and reinstate the reward and recognition clause as it was.

They have said they can move slightly on the pay offer but not meet our demands.
