The access period to review management’s latest enterprise agreement offer has concluded, management has agreed to some of our demands, but the current wage offer still does not meet your requirements, vote NO to this offer!

After sending management a clear message by voting the proposed agreement down, we went back to the negotiating table. Management improved some of the conditions we requested yet the wage offer is still significantly lower than required. The access period is over, Voting opened at 7am this morning, send them back to the table again and vote NO!

While we achieved some great improvements around health and wellbeing, some super to be paid on unpaid parental leave and had the reward and recognition reinstated. The current wage offer is significantly lower than CPI. Plus, with fuel costs skyrocketing we believe it irresponsible to advise you to do anything other than Vote NO!

It is important that ALL ASU members take the time to vote NO.

It is also critical to talk to other staff in your area today and ask them to vote NO to this substandard offer.

Every staff member gets a vote, not just members of the ASU. We need to get management back to the bargaining table so we can get a better offer, so we need at least 50% of votes to vote no.
