After months of negotiations with management to develop a working EBA, we have once again reached a point where management are satisfied with their offer.
We have held some member update meetings during negotiations and you have told us that, whilst happy with the extra inclusions you are still not satisfied with the current wage offer.
Management has decided to proceed to vote regardless.
We are now right in the middle of the two week access period and this is your one and only chance to read the document and make a decision if you are happy or not.
We have scheduled some online member meetings Tuesday 16th November to go through the new inclusions and discuss our options.
We will be coming to speak with staff outside depots wherever possible but we’ve been blocked from holding formal meetings at this stage.
