Since members overwhelmingly rejected BCYF’s proposal for a new enterprise agreement your ASU representatives have been working to try to negotiate an acceptable deal.

Disappointingly this has not occurred.

Meetings are being held to discuss and vote on whether to take Protected Industrial Action to force BCYF into making a reasonable offer.

DATE: Wednesday 4 September
TIME: 10.30am
VENUE: Malop Street

DATE: Wednesday 4 September
TIME: 12pm
VENUE: 105 Yarra Street

These are approved paid time meetings, so please book them into your calendar and ensure you attend. Members can attend either meeting.

Your ASU representatives want to stop conditions going backwards at BCYF! To do this we need to hear what you think of the proposed offer and work with members to stop it if that is what is voted for.

Remember, only members can have a say on how the ASU proceeds, and this meeting is open to members only, you must join prior to the meeting to attend and vote.
