Last week, the ASU participated in two proceedings in the Fair Work Commission. The union was represented by national industrial officer John Nucifora and branch organiser David Nunns from the VIC/Tas Branch.
As a result, FWC Deputy President O’Neill issued a statement to the respective parties which can be found here.

Earlier this week the National Office convened an online meeting with union officials from the various states and territories, which resulted in a letter being sent to the Australian Red Cross requesting information and advising of matters for further discussion.
