The ASU and ANMF took Darebin City Council back to Fair Work last week.
Following this, Darebin CC are due to provide your union, the ASU, and nurses union with a more detailed response this week.
We will bring this update to members next week – at a paid release meeting 09:30-11:00am Wednesday 15 November at City Hall, Gower Street.
We know this is taking an unreasonable length of time, which is why we sought Fair Work’s assistance.
Come along and bring others to get an update, hear from the ASU bargaining group and discuss next steps. Bring a co-worker!
Please note – our strong preference is for as many members to attend the same place, same time for a collective discussion. We know this will not be possible for all, but we strongly encourage all members who can move their work schedule around to attend at 09:30am on Wednesday 15 November. If you cannot attend at that time, please try to send a proxy from your work area.
