While we wouldn’t say that the pace of bargaining is cracking, negotiations have moved along. There are several key sticking points that we want your direction on, please complete our member survey here.
Management has dropped some bad claims and moved closer to our claims in important areas such as ;

- Secure work
- Long Service Leave

We are also aware that many of you are making the readjustment to working from work and working with non-vaccinated clients. It would be good to discuss the issues arising and strategies.
