I strongly disagree with the privatisation of aged care home services. I believe it will create a lower level of competent services for our elderly.

Direct Care workers continually elevate our community by taking the stress and worry away from families, while keeping our vulnerable people healthy, happy and comfortably living in their own homes.
Direct Care Workers own standard of living or safety should NEVER be a self sacrifice that the rest of Australia benefits from.
It’s time Australia appreciated Home Care Workers!!

It’s not hard to imagine managements and HRs manufacturing allegations to intimidate and drive out workers and unionists. It’s so important to talk to your union and fellow unionists when this stuff happens.
