Your ASU Bargaining Team (Delegates Zoe, Cassie and Tayla, and ASU Organiser Tim) want to meet with you to get your direction on how we bargain for the new CNV Enterprise Agreement (EA).
As we see it, there are two options in how we bargain:
- Option 1: Quick, agile bargaining to retain current conditions and make some reasonable improvements for a 2-year EA with the intention to seriously consider joining a sector-wide agreement in 2025; or
- Option 2: A more comprehensive list of improvements to conditions, with bargaining taking up to a year, and the agreement likely going for a longer period of 3 or 4 years.
This decision will form the basis for what happens next in relation to your EA, and the decision is yours.
