The ASU is making a submission regarding the future structure and operations of the Customer Experience Group and we need your input.

You have three opportunities to provide feedback to the ASU:

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

These meetings will not be recorded, but Delegates will be taking notes to compile the input.

We will provide the consolidated feedback for you to review prior to it being submitted to Rohan Charrett, General Manager Customer Experience for inclusion in the process.

Please inform your people leader prior to attending to allow for coordination of staff being ‘off phones’. That’s one of the reasons we’ve offered three options.

We aim to provide positive and constructive input and ask that you think about the following in consideration for the way forward.

  • General thoughts about City West water’s operations in a Covid-normal world.
