City of Whittlesea has admitted to a payroll error, regarding those staff who have received work-cover payments at Council for the past three years.
The payroll error has resulted in you not being correctly paid the right amount of super (9.5%) on your work-cover payments into your super account.
If you have received work-cover payments in the past three years up to the present please check your pay advice slips and contact your super fund.
Council has committed to doing a full payroll audit to correct this error.
If you have been affected by this error please get in touch with the HR and payroll team.
The ASU has asked for the results of the payroll audit to make sure it is transparent and no member is disadvantaged by this payroll error.
