The ASU has been advised that City of Melbourne have released details on a proposed change to Recreation and Waterways.
We are currently disputing council’s consultation process as they failed to meet their obligation to advise your Union, ASU, of the proposed changes at the same time as they advised employees.
We have requested that they immediately “reset” the consultation timeframe to allow members to consider the proposed changes and formulate a comprehensive response.
An ASU member meeting to discuss the proposal will be held as below.
