City of Launceston workers have made it very clear that YOUR Wages and Conditions matter.
Out of 401 votes, 246 CoL workers voted NO.
That means 61.3% of CoL voters said NO to the proposed CoL EA.
What happens now?
CoL must come back to the bargaining table and negotiate around the priority issues.
The ASU needs to know what’s important to you so before we return to the bargaining table the ASU will be surveying and speaking to members to understand what YOUR priorities are.
