Come along and show executive management that staff at City of Greater Geelong won’t put up with this anymore!
ASU members have called for a further public meeting to show their anger and frustration at the CoGG’s failure to address issues affecting them at work.
DATE: Tuesday 25 June
TIME: 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
LOCATION: City Hall, Geelong
(If it’s raining we may go to Trades Hall)
Light BBQ food provided
The issues executive management needs to address include:
– Bullying and cultural problems
– Job insecurity / use of labour hire & 12-month contracts
– Idle plant
The ASU will continue to push CoGG executive management to address these concerns. We are starting to see some improvements but now is not the time to take a backwards step, we need to keep the pressure on. A strong turn-out at a public meeting is the best way to show how much staff care about improving the standards of your workplace!
