EBA Bargaining has progressed at Council, with the ASU setting the agenda.

The ASU Delegate team have committed to negotiate specific work units first and have started bargaining on the main body of claims, see below.

New transition to retirement clause, flexible working arrangements for outdoor staff as well as indoor staff, paid pandemic leave, allowances, super on parental leave.

COGG have tabled proposed pay increases for the new EBA:
Year 1 | 2.3% – back paid to the 1 October
Year 2 | 2%
Year 3 | 2%

ASU will be arranging meetings at all sites over the next few weeks to get feedback from members.
