The ASU will be making a submission to Councils Draft Budget Proposal for 23/24, we have requested paid member meetings across Council to get feedback from members and endorse this submission, Council has agreed to these paid meetings.

An online meeting will be organised with details to follow, for those members working in Childcare, Home & Community Care, and Leisure & Rec as Council cannot close these services to the Community.
Our members need to attend these paid meetings to be updated and informed of the present financial crisis that Council is facing over the next few financial years.
The ASU will be fighting back on any other proposed Jobs being axed and will be keeping Council accountable with further protests.
