The ASU has been advised of a proposed restructure following an organisational review.
Affected staff should have received information about the proposed changes. The consultation process is now underway and will run until Monday 27 November.
A brief overview of the changes:
“This proposed organisational structure moves Departmental reporting lines for some whole teams and functions as well as realigning some functions into new Departments or Directorates. Organisationally it is proposed to reduce the number of Directorates from five to four and establish two executive management portfolios in Finance as well as People and Culture, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer.”
We will be holding a meeting next week to consult with members regarding this proposal.
