The ASU will be holding members’ meeting to discuss the union log of claims for the upcoming enterprise bargaining negotiations with council.

The meeting has been approved by Circular Head Council and will be held during work time.
All staff are invited to attend however only ASU members will be entitled to take part in any vote regarding the union log of claims.
The log of claims will include items such as improving leave entitlements, including family and domestic violence leave, parental leave, and non-primary carers leave to name a few.
We will also be discussing other items such as the pay rises being sought, the length of the new agreement, improved superannuation arrangements, adverse conditions, and objectionable materials allowances as well as call outs and on call allowances.
ASU Organiser Ken Richardson will be present at both meeting to discuss the log of claims and seek endorsement from members.
