Just when we thought this process could not get any worse, the union has been informed that those staff members in Categories A and B have only been told their proposed new job title and pay level.

Workers have not been given a position description, their proposed work location, or their new reporting lines.

Yet workers are being asked to decide on this by COB Monday.

This is completely unacceptable. The ASU has written to CFA and told them that this is completely unreasonable, and notified them that we are now in dispute about this.

In accordance with 12.6.1 of the CFA PTA Enterprise Agreement, while this dispute is being dealt with, work should continue following a usual practice.

We have told CFA that this process of transferring staff to FRV needs to be paused until the dispute is resolved.
