CFA DMO/TO AGREEMENT RATIFIED BY FWC
Last week the Fair Work Commission notified the parties that the DMO/TO Agreement has been signed, sealed, and delivered.

The Agreement will come into effect on February 26, with payrises and backpay to be processed shortly thereafter.

This is a fantastic outcome delivering payrises of 3.75% effective 11 January 2018, then 3.5%, 3.25%, and 3.5% in subsequent years. It also delivers an incremental increase in the availability allowance up to 5.5% over the first two years of the agreement.

On top of this, we achieved a public sector leading secure work clause that guarantees no forced redundancies during the life of the Agreement.
