The Shire has made a pay offer
1.1% 2021

1.3% 2023

We did not accept this offer. Our claim is for 2% each year. It’s important for members to know that an offer has been made. Now we need to know what you think about it. Here is a link to the pay data.

We reached an agreement on 2 days of paid leave for emergency service, minimum hours for home carers, the right to request extra time to pack up early childhood rooms and band progression for Works Unit.

We are still pursuing a work from home allowance.
