Over the last couple of years, there have been a lot of changes to your conditions, reporting lines, work locations, program structures and more. Your Delegates and Organisers would like to talk to you about this, and how we can use what we’ve learned through this time to direct what happens next.
One item for particular consideration is whether we move towards having an enterprise agreement that covers workers at all sites, to harmonise and improve conditions for everyone. At this meeting we’ll talk through the process to get this happening, and what role you’d need to play for us to be successful.
In addition to the above, we’ll talk about any items that you raise on the day.
