Casey City Council has responded to ASU letters regarding the removal of fleet vehicles. You can read it here.
It is positive that Council has stepped away from removing private use vehicles from employees who currently have this arrangement.
There will be a new draft Fleet policy which will commence a new consultation period.
As previously done, the ASU will hold member meetings to obtain feedback and concerns with the new draft policy. It will also be an opportunity to discuss Casey’s response to specific questions, as outlined in the attached letter.
