The first Anna Stewart Memorial Project was held in Victoria in 1984. Next year marks the 40-year anniversary of the Project.
Many Anna alumni have gone on to great success in their careers and led change in their workplaces, unions and communities over decades. Many women’s lives have been enriched through life-long bonds with fellow union women in their cohort and relationships with union mentors.
Victorian Trades Hall is getting ready to celebrate and is doing a massive call-out for any Anna Stewart program participants to share their stories!
If you have participated in the Anna Stewart Memorial Project, share your story here. The link also allows you to add your contact details for Trades Hall to keep in touch about celebrations coming up in 2024.
This anniversary is an opportunity to celebrate the incredible women who have participated in the Anna Stewart Memorial Project and the unions that have supported them over the past 40 years.
