Your workplace needs delegates.

Delegates play a variety of important roles within the workplace and the union movement. If a member has a workplace concern, their delegate should be their first stop. ASU delegates receive training that allows them to answer common questions and solve common problems that members face. Workplace delegates also help keep the ASU up to date with broader issues in the workplace, such as member recruitment, workplace changes, or unfair practices.

If you enjoy being a voice for your colleagues and want to learn more about workplace rights and entitlement, please consider being a delegate for IPC Health.

Delegates play a vital role in workplaces and the union movement. Consider nominating yourself, or another co-worker, to be your workplace delegate by completing the delegate nomination form here.

Union representatives are critical in providing a voice for all workers. Know someone that would make a great union delegate? Ask them to nominate today.
