If Equal Pay is not funded in the upcoming budget, jobs and services will be cut.

The Equal Pay rises in December each year for workers in the Social and Community Sector have been funded by successive governments. Equal Pay funding is part of the contract funding to organisations and accounts for between 23% and 45% of your pay.

We need the Morrison government to budget for ongoing equal pay increases in the upcoming federal budget.

If Equal Pay is not funded in the upcoming budget, jobs and services will be cut.
