The current EBA offer from management is out for vote, and we think you should Vote NO for what is a very low offer that also seeks unnecessarily to remove your entitlements.
Despite cost-of-living pressures rising sharply in the last month, this offer from Brimbank is still well below what other Council EBA negotiations have achieved earlier this year, and the pay increases on offer to you are well below what Moreland Council have offered their staff.
