In accordance with Section 293J of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009, the ASU Vic/Tas Branch is required to disclose information about relevant remuneration and non-cash benefits of office holders and payments made to related parties and declared persons or bodies to ASU Vic/Tas Branch members and the Registered Organisations Commission
Office and Related Party Disclosure Statement for the financial year 2021/2022

The Act and the ASU Rules, particularly Rule 57, require that financial statements, operating reports and other disclosures are made available to members. All disclosures will be included and made available to the membership at the end of the financial year via the Operating Report
