Vote No as your pay increase offer still falls below ASU members expectations.

Vote No as your agreement has consent arbitration which means that members cannot use the full extent of the Fair Work Commission to make a ruling on any dispute unless your Council agrees to let them do so.

Vote No as your agreement has a lesser condition that would see casual conversion clause that would only allow a casual employee that has been engaged for a twelve-month period to have their employment converted to a permanent job instead of the casual conversion clause that would allow a casual employee engaged for six months have their employment converted to a permanent job. Council have agreed that this clause in the LAWAs was omitted when they rolled them into the current EBA but are still refusing to reinsert it into the new agreement.

For these reasons we will not be endorsing the EA and encouraging all employees to Vote No and get a better deal.

City of Boroondara EBA:
The vote will open at 9.00 AEST on Thursday 24 June 2021 and will close at 17:00 AEST on Wednesday 30 June 2021.
